Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the most advanced technology available. We offer Digital Radiography,
Soft Tissue Laser Treatment, Intra Oral Digital Camera, Paperless Technology, Diagnodent Cavity Detection Aid, PRGF, 3-D Digital X-Rays and Zoom!™ -- the latest tooth whitening technique. Patients may recognize
the brand name Zoom!™ as the whitening procedure preferred by cosmetic dentists on ABC’s hit television show
Extreme Makeover.
Digital Radiography
Digital radiographs produce exceptionally clear images with outstanding sharpness and maximum detail. Through the use of digital radiography, we are able to maximize the diagnostic value of all intraoral radiographs, thus providing our patients with higher quality treatment.

Soft Tissue Laser Treatment
Laser technology is available for soft tissue modification and preventative care. It is sophisticated, precise, minimally invasive, and least traumatic tool. The Odyssey Diode laser enables us to easily and safely perform many soft tissue procedures that previously would have had to be referred out of our practice to a specialist. Many patients fear post-operative complications and discomfort associated with scalpel incisions. The laser performs minor surgical procedures and in addition, reduces bacteria from the area. By using the laser, our patients experience less post-operative healing time and fewer post-operative complications including less chance of infection. Traditional sutures are rarely needed for laser wounds and many soft tissue procedures around the gingiva can be completed without local anesthesia resulting in greater patient comfort and acceptance.

Intra Oral Digital Camera
One of the biggest hurdles for many patients to accept treatment is that they often do not fully understand their condition. With an intra oral digital camera, patient education is simplified because the patient can see what we see. They are an incredible tool to help us involve the patient in their diagnosis and treatment. The camera allows us to see pathology, such as open margins, fractures, and cavities that would not usually be easily seen. Allowing patients to see what we see will allow them to participate in the diagnosis of their dental problems and more likely accept treatment.

Paperless Technology
Paperless technology saves time, saves hassle, and saves money. This allows our patients to receive an optional email or text message appointment reminder, from which they can access and complete their forms on line and sign them electronically upon arrival to our office. Paperless technology is fast, efficient, and easy to use with fewer mistakes.

Diagnodent Cavity Detection Aid
This hand held laser cavity detection aid is able to identify the smallest of cavities in their earliest stage. This enables us to protect and preserve the tooth structure before the cavity has more time to destroy the tooth surface. It also allows monitoring of the cavity progression. The Diagnodent is extremely accurate, there is no x-ray exposure, and there is a high level of patient acceptance and satisfaction.

PRGF
Protein Rich Growth Factor is obtained from blood plasma. After obtaining freshly drawn blood from a patient, we have the equipment that is able to extract the platelet concentrate from the blood. The patient’s platelet concentrate is then applied clinically during their appointment to facilitate faster bone and soft tissue healing either after an extraction or during an implant procedure.

3-D Digital X-Rays

Today, three-dimensional imaging is offering the field of dentistry previously undreamed of diagnostic and therapeutic options in the fields of surgery, prosthetics, and restorative dentistry. Excellent image quality permits diagnosis of the finest details in three dimensions, with the lowest possible radiation dose. Images of a superb quality are enhanced by our digital system and its unique advantages allow us to see not only your bone on all levels but we can also assess the density of the bone. This feature is very useful in determining implant options and placement ensuring greater success and patient comfort. Abnormalities of the jaw, sinus, and skull are also detectable with this extraordinary machine.

The Wand
The Wand Computer Controlled Anesthetic Delivery System
In general, most people with needle phobia or those with bad experiences with dental injections are uncomfortable because of the “sting” the injection may cause. Most often, the “sting” is caused when the anesthetic is injected too quickly. With a standard syringe the dentist is able to control the speed at which the anesthetic is disbursed, often times creating the “sting” some patients experience. However, when using the Wand, the rate of flow of the local anesthetic is controlled by this computer system, which means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore more comfortable. Researchers have found that the Wand induces less anxiety than any other injection method.
